Speed Up Request Management with Agentic AI
Request Management in IT Service Management can be a time-consuming multi-step process. Using Servicely's Agentic AI capabilities, you can speed up request fulfilment, resulting in happier end users and more productive service agents.

In this case, we'll have a look at how Aentic AI can help improve the request management process using the Servicely platform. So, let's come in here and create a new request. In this case, we will make a new request for Ben. Ben would very much like to have a new phone, a new laptop, and access to Microsoft 365. We will classify this as a request and we'll quickly assign it to the IT service desk. Let's go ahead and create the record.
We can see that we have all the traditional Servicely AI capabilities, like Sophie Copilot, kicking in over there to the right with some suggestions on knowledge articles. But for this particular request, we'll go ahead and click agent execution, which will engage Agentic AI on the Servicely platform. From here, we will see that the system deciphers the request and generates a subset of tasks, which are now available as tasks related to this particular request. We will see that some of these tasks are automatically closed, so that's stuff that we can go ahead and do automated. Then there are some manual tasks, which are basically ready for the individual employees as part of the process to go ahead and complete as well and follow the usual workflow for that.
